Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity that happens under it. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to upload the material you submit.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process that content in order to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Do not upload material you have no right to process, use Dossier to harass or unlawfully surveil individuals, attempt to breach isolation between workspaces, or resell access without a written agreement.
Billing
Paid plans and per-case packages are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from Billing, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Consumed credits and completed case work are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by support.
Deleting your account
You may delete your account and its content at any time from Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.
No legal advice
Dossier produces AI-assisted analysis and drafts. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, financial or investigative advice. Always verify outputs against the linked source evidence before relying on them.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.
