Privacy Policy

Account data (email address, authentication identifiers from Google or Apple sign-in if you use them), workspace and matter metadata you create, the files you upload, and text extracted from those files.

We also record operational logs — sign-ins, uploads, exports and administrative actions — because a diligence workspace must be auditable.

Your content is processed only to deliver the product to you: extracting dates, entities and claims, building your chronology and knowledge graph, scoring diligence cases, and generating exports.

Documents are processed by AI models to perform this extraction. Your content is not used to train third-party models, and it is not shared with other customers.

Content is scoped to your workspace. Access is enforced at the database level per user, and every access is logged. Invited collaborators and target-company portal users only see the specific items you grant them.

You can delete individual files, matters, projects and workspaces at any time from inside the app. You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated content from Account → Delete account.

Deletion is irreversible. Backups containing deleted data expire within 30 days. Billing records are retained where required by law.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

Dossier is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13.
